The Go Beyond Negative Workshop
The Problem:
After the crisis ends — the treatment, the trauma, the loss — many people are left emotionally stuck. They’ve survived the worst, but no one taught them how to live after it. The world expects them to "move on," but inside, they’re asking: Who am I now? What do I do with everything I’ve been through?
Support groups and wellness spaces often focus on physical recovery or surface-level positivity — but what survivors need is a safe space to process, reflect, and reclaim their identity and story.
The Solution:
The Go Beyond Negative workshop creates that space. Using Samantha’s signature Beyond Negative framework, participants are gently guided through the before, during, and after of their personal story — not to relive the pain, but to reframe it.
This workshop offers:
A compassionate space to name the hard parts without shame
Tools to shift from survival mode into meaning-making and purpose
A way to connect with others who “get it” — without having to explain everything
It helps survivors move from “What happened to me?” to “What can I build from this?” — empowering them to reclaim their voice and find strength in what they’ve lived through.
Primary Ideal Audience:
Wellness and Mental Health Focused Groups
HR teams or wellness program coordinators
Employee Resource Groups for women, survivors or caregivers
Burnout recovery and stress management initiatives
Survivor / Patient Advocacy Communities
Cancer centers and survivorship programs
Support groups and healing circles for women and young adults
